C2E BURNCore 2 Extremity BURN is a 45 minute (HIIT) high intensity interval training workout that combines strength, plyo, and cardio to build lean mass, improve performance and maximize calorie burn. If you enjoy body weight movements more than the barbell, this is your class. This class is fast paced, but offers clear group instruction. MOBILITYWhether you’re an experienced yogi or an athlete looking for recovery, Mobility Yoga has something to offer everyone. This class is a fusion of Yin and Vinyasa designed to improve flexibility, strength, and overall better performance. The class typically begins with the of use props to facilitate Myofascial release techniques and is reinforced with appropriate yoga postures. The goal is to treat skeletal muscle immobility, relax contracted muscles, improve blood and lymphatic circulation, and stimulate the stretch reflex in muscles. FITKIDSA Summer Program. The class addresses the crucial developmental markers for children age 6-11 years old while maintaining the highest standard for physical fitness that is the trademark of CrossFit programming. Children will learn how to squat, opposite arm and leg coordination, skipping, jumping, grip strength, vestibular focus (spinning), balance, midline stability (planking).
