1 - Intro & Foundations

New to CrossFit?

Schedule a time and we can review your goals, provide info on our programming at Endure, and answer any questions. 

We also encourage scheduling a Foundations session – a private one-on-one session with a CrossFit coach designed to help you feel confident before jumping into a class. You’ll learn the basic movements, understand how classes are structured, get familiar with common CrossFit terminology, and learn how workouts can be scaled to any fitness level. Foundations gives you the coaching, context, and confidence to walk into your first class prepared.

ALREADY HAD EXPOSURE TO CROSSFIT OR COMING FROM ANOTHER GYM? START HERE.

2 - book your free week

If you’ve done CrossFit before, are coming from another CrossFit gym, or have a fitness background and are comfortable stepping into Crossfit – we’d love to meet you and have you experience the Endure community with a free trial week on us.
