Schedule a time and we can review your goals, provide info on our programming at Endure, and answer any questions.
We also encourage scheduling a Foundations session – a private one-on-one session with a CrossFit coach designed to help you feel confident before jumping into a class. You’ll learn the basic movements, understand how classes are structured, get familiar with common CrossFit terminology, and learn how workouts can be scaled to any fitness level. Foundations gives you the coaching, context, and confidence to walk into your first class prepared.
