WOD "Rowling" 10 rounds of: 100m row You must stop exactly on 100m each round. For every meter under or over 100, you must perform 3 burpees. Example: you row 104m, you would perform 12 burpees.  Keep track of your score each round (the # under or over, or an X for a perfect 100).  Start the next round as a group after the last person finishers their burpees...the better you do, the more rest you get!
