CrossFit

What is CrossFit?

CrossFit is constantly varied high intensity training unlike any training you've ever done before. Combining weightlifting with gymnastics, endurance with coordination, and balance with strength and power, CrossFit will test your every limit just as much on day one as on day one hundred and one.  With benchmark movements and W.O.D.'s (Workout of the Day), you'll easily be able to track your progress towards a more healthy lifestyle. In a typical CrossFit W.O.D., you can expect to see a group warm-up, mobility work, strength/skill focus, and a group W.O.D. Every movement will be covered by our coaches and scaled or modified to meet your personal needs and fitness goals, whether that is building strength and/or mass, or losing weight and toning up.

F.A.Q.

How do I know this is for me?

CrossFit is for ALL ages. Yes, ALL ages. We offer a FitKids program to meet 5-12 year old needs. CrossFit Endure seeks to build a healthy lifestyle in our youngest athletes by instilling a passion for fitness, knowledge about nutrition, and work ethic necessary in today's world.

For our 13-17 year olds, we offer a Teens Strength & Conditioning class to accomplish similar goals but with different developmentally appropriate goals. Contrary to common belief, teens are NOT mini-adults and have different needs. We will make sure we build your teen up in a healthy way, focusing on positive body image and self-worth, while helping them be the best athlete they can be.

Our regular CrossFit classes are for all adults, no matter if you are 18 or 82! Our focus is on functional movement patterns, ensuring you feel successful and healthy whether climbing a set of stairs or climbing a Colorado Fourteener (with a weighted vest?!). Everything is infinitely scalable for your individual goals!

CrossFit sounds intimidating, will I hurt myself?

Not if you check your ego at the door. CrossFit W.O.D.s are efficient and intense. They rarely last longer than 30 minutes! The key to CrossFit is in the intensity: how much can you move quickly? While there are recommended weights for males and females (called RX), you should always work at a load that is right for you. Don't worry about what everyone else around you is doing - focus on being better than the person you were yesterday. Ask your coach for help if you aren't comfortable with a movement or need additional assistance to do it right. Our coaches are pretty stellar and have a wealth of knowledge - tap into it.

Will it work with my schedule?

We offer CrossFit W.O.D.s at times that best suit our clients. We start early each morning, Monday through Friday, with 5:00, 6:00, 8:00, and 9:00 am classes. We offer noon classes all five days of the week for those needing to squeeze the workout in over their lunch break. Our evening classes run Monday through Friday at 4:30, 5:30, and 6:30 pm. You can also catch a weekender on Saturdays at 8:00 am or 9:00 a.m. Double-check our full (and current) schedule below.
