Using the Jackson-Polluck seven-site pinch test, we offer accurate assessments of percent body fat, total fat mass, total lean mass, and basal metabolic rate. We also include circumference measurements and other baseline assessments, such as BMI and waist to hip ratio.

Returning clients will be able to see their body composition changes over time, including body weight, body fat, and circumference losses or gains.
