Our Endure Teen's program has one goal in mind: to improve your performance by making you stronger, faster, and better. Our programming is specifically designed to build explosive power in whatever athletic endeavor you desire through constantly varied workouts. We strategically develop your cardiovascular endurance, strength, speed, power, agility and flexibility in a fun and competitive way.
Classes begin on Monday, March 19th, at 3:45 p.m. We'll have class every Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday for the next 8 weeks. Bring a water bottle, and come prepared to get your sweat on.
