At CrossFit Endure, we’re committed to professional CrossFit coaching accessible for busy professionals, competitive athletes, and anyone ready for more than a basic gym routine.

CrossFit is not about specializing in one thing. It is about building a broad, capable body that can handle more of what life, sport, work, and aging throw at you. We train the way the body is meant to move: squat, hinge, push, pull, carry, run, row, jump, lift, and climb. We combine strength work, conditioning, gymnastics, weightlifting, and skill development so you are not just getting tired. You are getting better. Whether you’re training before work, after long days at work, or building toward your next competition, we have a membership option that fits your schedule and your budget.

Traditional gym

Crossfit Endure

You are coached through the warm-up, strength or skill work, and workout. Movements are taught, scaled, corrected, and tracked so you can actually see progress over time. You don’t just show up. You improve.

At our CrossFit in Windsor, our classes deliver a challenging, fun, and rewarding path to real results. With structured strength work and purposeful conditioning, CrossFit training builds muscle, endurance, and resilience — getting you in better shape than traditional gym workouts.

F.I.T.

FIT classes are 60-minute, high-intensity bootcamp classes designed to elevate your heart rate and keep you moving and burning for the full hour. There are five main components to each F.I.T. workout: warm-up, F.I.T. test, core, workout 1, and workout 2.

Our teen memberships help build a lasting foundation in health and fitness. Introducing structured strength and conditioning early helps develop strong bones and muscles, support healthy weight, improve confidence, reduce stress and anxiety, and lower the risk of future health issues.
