At our CrossFit in Windsor, our classes deliver a challenging, fun, and rewarding path to real results. With structured strength work and purposeful conditioning, CrossFit training builds muscle, endurance, and resilience — getting you in better shape than traditional gym workouts.

FIT classes are 60-minute, high-intensity bootcamp classes designed to elevate your heart rate and keep you moving and burning for the full hour. There are five main components to each F.I.T. workout: warm-up, F.I.T. test, core, workout 1, and workout 2.

Our teen memberships help build a lasting foundation in health and fitness. Introducing structured strength and conditioning early helps develop strong bones and muscles, support healthy weight, improve confidence, reduce stress and anxiety, and lower the risk of future health issues.
