We offer classes for every level, and during each class our coaches ensure that everyone can get the individual attention and pointers they need. All classes are first-come, first-served, so please show up 5-10 minutes early.
Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. The method of CrossFit is beneficial to every individual no matter their ability, goals, or athletic background.
An hour long high-intensity, fat scorching workout that combines strength, plyo, and cardio to build lean mass, improve performance, and maximize calorie burn. If you enjoy body weight movements more than the barbell, this is your class. This class is fast paced, but offers clear group instruction. It's still about community, often with partner intervals and high energy.
Offered in 8-week sessions, our teens program integrates strength and conditioning into an intense 45 minute block after school on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
Through FitKids, our youngest athletes can participate in fun, game-like workouts that build their physical capacity and instill an early love for fitness and a healthy lifestyle.
