Big lifts. Better technique. We’re bringing in Antonio Burgos — powerlifter, certified personal trainer, and coach — for a hands-on lifting clinic focused on the fundamentals that actually move the needle.

April & May Training Focus
We’re in the middle of an Olympic lifting cycle that will continue through the summer, finishing before Memorial Day with a max snatch and clean & jerk day.
As you’ve experienced, our squat work has transitioned into pause squat variations. These will support the Olympic lifts by improving positioning, control, and strength at the bottom of the lift.
Starting this month, we’ll begin gradually increasing push-up and running volume as we prepare for… Murph.
